配送政策及運費優惠條款

A. 商品運送條款

  1. 運費及風險：除非特別註明，所有商品價格不包運費。運費及運送風險由買家承擔。
    • 順豐速運：運費到付（支援智能櫃、順豐站、指定便利店）。
    • 香港郵政：易寄取服務。
  2. 包裝聲明：
    • 合併包裝：我們可能會將小件商品放入大件商品的包裝盒中以節省體積。
    • 易碎品：對於易碎品我們會盡力保護，但如運送途中發生損壞，恕不接受退款或賠償。
    • 外觀：運送導致的外盒輕微磨損不屬於瑕疵，不接受退換。
  3. 門市取貨 (面交)：
    • 必須預約及先付款。
    • 遲到政策：如遲到 30 分鐘或以上或無故失約，我們有權取消面交並改以順豐到付寄出，顧客需承擔運費及手續費。嚴重者將列入黑名單。
  4. 不可抗力：如因天災或缺貨導致無法供貨，我們將於 5 個工作天內全額退款。

B. 免運費優惠條款

(條款如有更改，以本頁最新公佈為準)

  1. 資格：單一訂單購買滿4 件或以上現貨商品，即享香港地區標準免運費。
  2. 規則：
    • 以單一訂單計算，不可合併訂單。
    • 如因取消部分商品導致數量少於 4 件，優惠將即時失效，顧客需補回運費。
    • 免運商品必須於同一運單中寄出。

Shipping & Delivery Policy

A. Shipping Terms

  1. Shipping Fees & Risks: Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping. Shipping fees and risks are borne by the buyer.
    • SF Express: Pay on Delivery / Freight Collect (Lockers/Stations/Convenience Stores).
    • Hongkong Post: iPostal Service.
  2. Packaging Disclaimer:
    • Consolidation: We reserve the right to pack smaller items into the boxes of larger items to save volume.
    • Fragile Items: We do our best to protect fragile items, but we do not accept refunds or compensation claims for damage caused during transit.
    • Appearance: Minor wear or dents on the outer box caused by shipping are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
  3. Pickup Service (Face-to-Face):
    • Appointment and full payment are required in advance.
    • Late Policy: If you are late by 30 minutes or more or fail to show up without notice, we reserve the right to cancel the handover and ship the item via SF Express (Freight Collect). You will be responsible for the shipping and administrative fees. Repeated no-shows may be blacklisted.
  4. Force Majeure: In the event of supplier cancellation or force majeure preventing supply, we will refund the full amount within 5 working days.

B. Free Shipping Promotion

(Terms subject to change without notice)

  1. Eligibility: Buy 4 or more in-stock items in a single order to enjoy Free Shipping (Standard Delivery in Hong Kong only).
  2. Rules:
    • Calculated per single order. Merging orders is not permitted.
    • If items are cancelled resulting in a total of fewer than 4 items, the offer will be revoked, and the customer must pay the shipping fee.
    • All items under the free shipping offer must be shipped in a single consignment.
