歡迎閣下使用小賣店(香港)有限公司（下稱「小賣店」、「本公司」或「我們」）的網站（下稱「本網站」）。

請仔細閱讀本網站的使用條款及細則（下稱「本條款」）。閣下使用本網站，即代表閣下已接受以下條款。如閣下不同意受下列條款約束，請勿使用本網站。

當閣下按下「提交訂單」或「確認」按鈕，即表明閣下已詳細閱讀、瞭解並同意受本條款及細則所約束。

1. 訂單及購買流程

  1. 訂單建立與確認：
    • 顧客建立訂單後，系統會發出電郵或 WhatsApp 訊息通知，此時訂單狀態為「處理中」。請務必核對訂單詳情。
    • 重要提示：如未收到通知，請檢查垃圾郵件 (Spam/Junk) 資料夾。如下單後 15 分鐘仍未收到確認，可能代表訂單未建立成功或資料有誤，請盡快聯絡我們。
  2. 付款確認：經本公司核實款項後，訂單狀態將轉為「已確認」，付款狀態轉為「已付款」。
  3. 訂單修改與取消：訂單一經成立，本公司便會向供應商採購。除因供應商缺貨外，恕不接受因顧客個人理由（如買錯、改變心意等）而作出的更改、取消或退款。

2. 付款條款

  1. 付款時限：顧客必須於建立訂單後 3日內 或 截單時間前（以較早者為準）完成全數付款並上傳證明。逾時未付者，系統有權取消訂單。
  2. 付款方式規範：
    • 信用卡 (經由 錢方 QFPay)：本網站接受 Visa/MasterCard 等付款。交易由第三方支付閘口「錢方 QFPay」處理及加密。本公司不會儲存閣下的完整信用卡資料。如銀行或 QFPay 拒絕授權，本公司有權取消訂單。
    • 銀行轉賬 / FPS：金額必須完全一致，不接受局部付款。核數約需 1-2 個工作天。
    • PayMe API：PayCode 有效期約為 5 分鐘，請於限時內完成交易。
  3. 退款處理：如需退款且閣下使用信用卡付款，款項將原路退回。銀行處理需時（約 2-4 星期），請耐心等候。

3. 預購及代購商品條款

  1. 代購角色：本公司作為代購者，商品資訊由供應商提供，只供參考。
  2. 到貨日期與延誤：實際到貨日受物流、海關及天氣影響。如延誤不超過原定貨期起計三個月，本公司不設退款。如供應商確認缺貨，我們將全額退款。
  3. 包裝變更：生產商有權更換包裝，一切以實物為準。

4. 貨品配送及取貨

  1. 發貨安排：貨品抵港後將盡快發貨。運送風險由物流公司及顧客承擔。詳細運費及配送規則請參閱本網站的【配送政策】頁面。
  2. 逾期未取與放棄論：
    • 如貨品因顧客未能收件而被退回，顧客需補回運費方會重寄。
    • 由貨品寄出日（或通知取貨日）起計，如顧客未能於 30 個曆日內 領取，有關貨品將被視作自動放棄，本公司有權自行處理（包括轉售或棄置）而無須作任何賠償。

5. 商品檢驗、退換貨及免責聲明

  1. 正貨保證：本店所有商品均保證為 100% 全新正貨。
  2. 色差與尺寸：圖片只供參考，色差或輕微尺寸誤差不屬於瑕疵範圍，恕不接受以此為由退換。
  3. 瑕疵回報（建議開箱錄影）：
    • 為保障雙方權益，建議閣下在開箱時進行錄影。
    • 如發現非人為損壞或缺件，請於 收貨當日內（24小時內） 聯絡我們並提供照片/影片。逾期恕不受理。
  4. 免責範圍：本公司不會對使用本網站內容、或因使用經本網站購買之產品而引致的任何直接或間接損失承擔責任。

6. 一般條款及法律管轄

  1. 條款修改：本公司保留隨時修改本條款之權利，修改後即時生效。
  2. 條款分割性：倘若本條款任何部分被視為無效，該部分將被分割，其餘部分依然有效。
  3. 法律管轄：本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。如有爭議，閣下同意接受香港法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
  4. 語言：本條款備有中文及英文版本，如有歧義，以中文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the website of Kouriten (HK) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Kouriten", "the Company", "we", or "us") (hereinafter referred to as "this Website").

Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.

By clicking the "Submit Order" or "Confirm" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Order and Purchase Process

  1. Order Establishment and Confirmation:
    • Once an order is placed, the system will send a notification via email or WhatsApp. The order status will be shown as "Processing". Please verify the order details in the email.
    • Important: If you do not receive a notification, please check your Spam/Junk folders. If no confirmation is received within 15 minutes, the order may not have been established successfully, or the contact details provided may be incorrect. Please contact us immediately.
  2. Payment Confirmation: Upon verification of payment by the Company, the order status will change to "Confirmed", and the payment status will change to "Paid".
  3. Order Modification and Cancellation: Once an order is established, the Company will proceed to purchase from suppliers. Except for supplier stock shortages, we do not accept any changes, cancellations, or refunds due to personal reasons (e.g., buying the wrong item, change of mind).

2. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Deadline: Customers must complete full payment within 3 days of placing the order or before the order cut-off time (whichever is earlier) and upload proof of payment. The system reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders without notice.
  2. Payment Methods:
    • Credit Card (via QFPay): We accept Visa/MasterCard. Transactions are processed by the third-party gateway "QFPay". The Company does not store your full credit card information. If the bank or QFPay refuses to authorize the transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
    • Bank Transfer / FPS: The transfer amount must exactly match the order amount. Partial payments are not accepted. Verification takes approximately 1-2 working days.
    • PayMe API: The PayCode is valid for approximately 5 minutes. Please complete the transaction within the time limit.
  3. Refunds (Credit Card): If a refund is required and you paid via credit card, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing may take 2-4 weeks depending on the bank.

3. Pre-order and Purchasing Service Terms

  1. Role as Purchasing Agent: The Company acts as a purchasing agent. Product information is provided by suppliers and is for reference only.
  2. Arrival Date and Delays: Actual arrival dates are subject to logistics, customs, and weather. We do not provide refunds for delays of no more than three months from the original estimated date. Full refunds will be provided only if the supplier confirms the item is out of stock.
  3. Packaging Changes: Manufacturers reserve the right to change product packaging at any time. The actual product shall prevail.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  1. Shipping: Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after arrival. Risks during transit are borne by the logistics company and the customer. Please refer to the [Shipping & Delivery] page for details.
  2. Unclaimed Items & Abandonment:
    • If a parcel is returned due to failure to collect, the customer must pay the shipping fees for re-delivery.
    • Abandonment Policy: If items are not collected within 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch (or notification of pickup), the items will be considered voluntarily abandoned. The Company reserves the right to dispose of them (including resale or disposal) without any compensation.

5. Inspection, Returns, and Disclaimer

  1. Authenticity: All items are guaranteed to be 100% new and authentic.
  2. Color and Size: Product images are for reference only. Returns based on color discrepancies or slight size errors are not accepted.
  3. Defect Reporting (Unboxing Video):
    • To protect both parties, we highly recommend recording a video when unboxing.
    • Defects or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photos/videos. Late reports will not be accepted.
  4. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this Website or products purchased herein.

6. General Provisions

  1. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are effective immediately upon publication.
  2. Severability: If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, that part shall be severed, and the validity of the remaining parts shall not be affected.
  3. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
  4. Language: These Terms are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
